Simply Social organises a wide variety of events - most of them things we like doing ourselves, but many that have been suggested by our members. We love this, because we end up experiencing and enjoying new things (hauling ourselves up a climbing wall being one of these). The list just keeps growing!

We also have regular drop in events like the Book Club and Film Club, and special members evenings where you can catch up with old friends and meet new ones.

Our Simply Social Blog is a great way to find out more about past events, and will give you a flavour of who we are and what we do.

Past outings have included:

• Tours of the Fitzwilliam Museum
• Ladies Day at Newmarket Races
• Punting on the Cam - a wonderfully relaxing chauffeur punt trip, sipping bubbly and nibbling Marks & Spencer's finest
• Meals at local restaurants
• Local walks (we have recently walked from Cambridge to King's Lynn - in three stages!)

Feedback is important to us, and we try to plan outings that will have not only a broad appeal but are lots of fun. If you have a suggestion, let us know.

If it's your first Simply Social event and you're feeling unsure about it, don't worry. We'll make a particular point of seeking you out and introducing you to other established members.
